Job Opportunity: Part-time Office Administrator

 

We have a great opportunity for a highly organised individual with a pleasant personality to join our team of design professionals. You will carry out general office administration duties as well as occasional out of office work. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a valid driving license and own car. Experience in real estate, property management, or letting would be an advantage.

Essential experience and software skills:

-Experience in office administration with a passion for order and organisation

-Past experience in real estate, property management or letting would be an asset but not essential

-Proficient in Microsoft Office

-Knowledge of basic accounts would be ideal

-Very fluent in spoken and written English

-A valid driving license and own personal car

-Manage personal workflow

-Capable of working within a team and independently

-Ability to deliver under the pressure of tight deadlines
