We have a great opportunity for a talented and experienced Architect to join our studio on a full-time basis. This practice delivers exceptional urban design, planning, residential, public sector schemes and you will be in charge of overseeing the pre-construction to implementation of our architecture and interior projects. You will be highly motivated with strong design and detailing skills, and experience in construction and finishing work.
This position will include:
architectural and interior design
preparation of planning applications
project cost estimation
preparation of documentation and detailing
following projects through completion
Essential experience and software skills:
Possess a degree in architecture and a minimum 3-year experience in design and implementing architecture and interir projects
Fluent in Maltese and/or English
Experience in preparing project documentation and detailing including drawings and BOQs
Manage personal workflow to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
Capable of working within a team and independently
Ability to deliver under the pressure of tight deadlines
Possess a valid driving licence and own personal transport
