Andre graduated in engineering and architecture at the University of Malta in 2002, and was granted a professional warrant to practise as an architect and civil engineer in Malta in 2004. He holds a Masters Degree in Planning Policy & Practice from London South Bank University. In 2016, he was conferred an MBA in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University College of Estate Management, Reading, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Andre is also certified as a property valuer by the Chamber of Architects & Civil Engineers since 2012,
In addition to his undergraduate and postgraduate studies in architecture, urban design, planning, construction management, real estate finance, and business administration, he attended various courses and seminars in the UK and Singapore on urban housing management, procurement, contract management, sustainability, and project finance.
His professional qualifications include chartered membership of RIBA and the Malta Chamber of Architects & Civil Engineers (KTP), and incorporate membership of the CIOB. He is also currently being assessed for professional competence to become a chartered member of RICS.
Andre has been elected to the Council of the Maltese Chamber of Architects & Civil Engineers by his peers in December 2014 and 2016. He is a Council delegate on Building Regulation in Malta since 2017, represents the Chamber on the Building Industry Consultative Council (BICC) on matters related to building regulation. In 2017, he was also appointed as Chairperson of ad-hoc working group of the Chamber for the formulation and development of a comprehensive building regulation regime for Malta.
Flavio graduated with a Bachelor's degree in architecture and design at the in 2011, and a Master's degree in Sustainable Design in 2013 at the Politecnico di Torino. As part of his studies, Flavio also attended the University of Technology of Sydney in 2013.
Flavio has worked in Perth and Turin before moving to Malta in 2014.
He was granted a professional warrant to practise as an architect and civil engineer in Malta in 2017.
He joined Design Principle in 2017.
Anastasia graduated with a Masters degree in Environmental Design at the Institute of Modern Art in Moscow in 2012.
She also attended interior design courses at the Fachhochschule Dortmund University of Applied Science and Art in 2011.
Anastasia worked in Russia and Dubai between 2009 and 2014. She moved to Malta in 2015, and has been working with Design Principle since 2016.
Chelsea graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture in 2015 at the University of Malta, and has completed her Masters degree in Architecture also at the University of Malta in 2017.
She joined Design Principle in 2017.
Thomas is currently reading for a Bachelor's degree in architecture at the University of Malta. He also studied project management and construction technology at VIA University College, Denmark in 2018.
He was elected to the Society for Architecture & Civil Engineering Students (SACES) executive by students of the Faculty for the Built Environment of Malta and held the role of president between 2016 and 2017.
Thomas joined Design Principle in 2018.
